The project

Au2rama ApS is an experienced multi-brand automotive workshop in Vojens offering scheduled maintenance, oil changes, inspection preparation, mechanical and insurance-related repairs, tyres and wheels, alignment, balancing and advanced vehicle diagnostics. The digital challenge was to make this broad expertise easy to understand and turn it into clear contact and booking journeys.

The website was developed in WordPress with Divi and adapted for desktop, tablet and mobile. Its information architecture prioritises services, the tyre centre, offers, opening hours, phone, email, location and visible calls to action, helping local customers reach the right service quickly. Castrol’s visual language and the workshop’s certification were integrated throughout the experience to reinforce trust, quality and expertise in vehicle maintenance and lubricants. The content also highlights service for all car brands, trained mechanics and a three-year warranty on fitted spare parts.

The project also included hosting preparation, DNS, SSL/HTTPS, cPanel, email configuration and technical deployment, together with Google Maps, YouTube, contact form and social media integrations. The solution uses WordPress, Divi, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.

A central lead-generation feature is BIL-TJEK, a five-step digital car-check flow created with AI-assisted development. Users enter vehicle details, service history, symptoms, tyre, brake and safety information, receive a guidance-based result and get a copy by email. The workshop simultaneously receives a structured enquiry, making follow-up more relevant and efficient.

The platform is supported by ongoing content production for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. An AI-assisted storytelling video was produced, published on YouTube and embedded on the homepage. A new digital experience for vehicle buying and selling is also being validated as the next stage of the platform.

UX/UI process

A clear structure before visual design.

Mid-fidelity wireframes established navigation, content hierarchy, service areas and conversion points before the Castrol-inspired interface was implemented.

Responsive experience

A local service website designed for action.

The responsive experience keeps services, contact details, opening hours, location and Castrol certification visible and usable across every screen size.

BIL-TJEK

A digital car check that turns uncertainty into a qualified enquiry.

The flow guides users through five clear steps, generates a guidance-based result and sends structured information to both the vehicle owner and the workshop.

Technical workflow

From customer input to relevant workshop follow-up.

Data collection, assessment logic, result presentation and automated email delivery are organised as one connected lead and service workflow.
