The project

Pró Resíduos is a construction waste collection, transportation and management company operating as part of the A2 Prado Group. The goal of the project was to create a professional digital platform capable of explaining the company’s services more clearly, reinforcing commercial credibility and creating a structured path from interest to qualified enquiry.

The website was developed in WordPress using Divi and designed as a responsive experience across desktop, tablet and mobile. Its information architecture was organised around the company profile, service categories, frequently asked questions, editorial content and core contact points so users could quickly understand the offer and reach the most relevant solution.

A key component of the project was the contact form, implemented with conditional logic and dynamic form fields. Depending on the selections made by the user, the form reveals different questions and service categories, allowing the company to gather more precise briefs and separate incoming leads according to need, service type and request context before the first commercial reply takes place.

The project also included an exit-intent newsletter capture, integration with Portugal’s Electronic Complaints Book, blog development and editorial curation, as well as complete technical operations covering cPanel, domains, DNS, professional email accounts and ongoing monthly maintenance. Because Pró Resíduos is part of Grupo A2 Prado, project activities, content and development workflows were coordinated through Notion to improve visibility and collaboration across teams.

UX architecture

Information architecture and form logic before the final UI.

Wireframes were used to define service hierarchy, FAQ structure, contact flows and form-field behaviour before the final visual interface was completed. This helped align navigation, content organisation and conversion touchpoints early in the process.

Service structureThe website groups corporate presentation, services, FAQ, blog content and contact into a predictable journey.
Form behaviourConditional logic was mapped early so the form could reveal only the fields relevant to each request.
Content hierarchyMessaging was prioritised to support scanning, trust and fast access to the next action.
Reusable Divi systemModular sections support future service updates without rebuilding the experience.
Responsive website showcase

Responsive service presentation across screen sizes.

The interface was organised to preserve clarity and visual calm on both larger and smaller screens. Core sections such as the company presentation, services, FAQ and contact areas remain easy to scan and understand regardless of device.

Lead qualification flow

Contact architecture designed to improve lead quality.

The conditional form helps collect more useful information before the team responds. By revealing different fields according to user choices, the resulting brief becomes more relevant and enquiries can be sorted more efficiently.

Dynamic fieldsThe form reveals only the information required for the selected request context.
Lead separationDifferent request types become easier to classify and route internally.
Reduced frictionUsers avoid unnecessary questions, improving completion quality and form usability.
Content marketing and conversion

Blog and newsletter flows as secondary conversion paths.

Beyond the primary contact journey, the website was supported by blog content and an exit-intent newsletter mechanism. This creates room for educational articles, maintenance tips, promotions and industry news that can engage visitors who are not yet ready to contact the company directly.

Technical operations and collaboration inside a multi-brand structure.
