FMC — Federação Nacional de Mediação de Conflitos

FMC · Institutional communication across Portugal & Brazil

An ongoing communication system connecting editorial strategy, visual content, Instagram and Facebook management with monthly newsletters to strengthen professional authority, engagement and member acquisition.

FMC social media communication system for Clube de Leitura and institutional campaigns
The project

FMC — Federação Nacional de Mediação de Conflitos promotes mediation, professional development and constructive dialogue around conflict resolution. Au2vision was engaged to build a coherent digital communication structure capable of reinforcing the Federation’s institutional position while making its activities, events and specialist content easier to discover across audiences in Portugal and Brazil.

We developed an ongoing editorial operating model combining a monthly content calendar, topic planning, content research and curation, copywriting, visual production and publication management. The communication system was anchored in five core principles: credibility, authority, trust, clarity and a contemporary institutional presence.

The content architecture connects multiple strategic objectives within one recognisable communication framework: educating audiences about mediation and conflict management, strengthening FMC’s professional authority, attracting new members, stimulating professional engagement and promoting recurring initiatives such as Ciclos de Diálogo, Clube de Leitura and the Federation’s congresses.

Monthly newsletters were designed as an extension of the same content journey rather than as isolated email campaigns. Each edition combines editorial hierarchy, event promotion, specialist content and clear calls to action, helping recipients move naturally towards participation, membership or additional institutional information.

Because several FMC activities are communicated simultaneously to audiences in Portugal and Brazil, the project also requires careful coordination of messaging, dates, time references and visual assets across markets. The result is a scalable communication system in which social media and email reinforce one another throughout the monthly publishing cycle.

Editorial planning

An editorial calendar that turns institutional objectives into a controlled publishing rhythm.

The planning system organises themes, formats, publication dates, campaign priorities and copy in one operational view. This improves visibility, reduces overlap and helps balance educational content, events, membership communication and long-term brand building throughout the month.
